Girl Scout Circus Day is one of our most successful programs. It is field-tested with the Girl Scouts of Northern NJ. “Fun-tastic” is how one Troop Leader describes our program.

What is Girl Scout Circus Day?

  • A lot of fun!
  • Girl Scout Circus Day starts with a Circus Day Workout to prepare your Troop for the Circus Skills Stations: juggling, acrobatics, tumbling, balancing, tight-wire, Diabolo, spinning plates, rolling globe, clowning and human pyramids!  Your girls will also go up in the air on our Aerial Silks! Your Troop’s session ends with a large Human Pyramid. Troop Leaders are welcome to defy gravity and demonstrate the key leadership principles of the Girl Scouts Circus Day!
  • Dress Code: Have your members wear loose fitting clothes that they can move in. No short shorts or dresses. All shirts to be tucked in. We prefer the girls wear leotards. They will be upside down on the trapeze and silks and we don’t want anyone to be embarrassed.

Dear Carlo and Amazing Grace Circus Team:
What an incredible time we had with all of you and the other Girl Scout Troops at the Amazing Grace Circus Fun Day event held on Friday, April 19, 2015 in Nyack, NY.

We know how lucky we are to have you and your talented and dedicated team: Talia Stewart, Georgie Johnson, Danielle Blau, Bryan Guzman, Adam Kapilow, Sophia Greenburg, Julianna Tunnera, Samantha Bennett, Brian Lovejoy and Jonny Blau not too far from our community.  As Girl Scouts, we also are aware of the significance of each of us having a strong body, mind and spirit.

We look forward to participating in other programs with you and have already sent an email to the other Girl Scout Leaders in Ho-Ho-Kus about you and your program.

We can’t believe how many different types of activities, exercises, moves and discussions we participated in during the relatively short time we were with you!  Although we laughed and had fun, we were focused and understand and appreciate the importance of the real life messages you shared with us:

Confidence, Imagination, Respect, Cooperation, Understanding and Spirit of Success.

We hope you enjoy the pictures and thank you again!
See you soon!
